SWAP is available to all Wisconsin agencies, municipalities, and public schools for the disposal of property that has potential for reuse.

To dispose of surplus property through SWAP:

1. Review the Material Acceptance Guidelines.
2. Email SWAP to request approval before delivery.
3. Deliver approved items to SWAP.

Important:

SWAP no longer provides pick-up or on‑site auction services for non‑UW agencies.

The statewide Online Surplus Auction Services and Recycling of Electronic Waste contracts are available to agencies seeking alternative disposal options.
