For State Agencies

SWAP is available to all Wisconsin agencies for the disposal of property with the potential for reuse.  Agencies may request approval to deliver property by submitting a Surplus Request Form.  For guidelines on property SWAP accepts, see our Material Acceptance Guidelines page.
